A dedicated Help Desk ensures timely assistance to our clients. Our team of professionals attend customer calls on telephone, fax or internet. We try to ensure that most of the queries get sorted out over the phone or through internet. Queries that do not get sorted out by our Help Desk are immediately allocated to On-Site support team and professionals visit customer's site and sort out their queries.

Also most of our Support Professionals are equipped with Mobile Phones and Laptops so that customers can get support even after business hours.
